We are currently recruiting for a field sales person to develop our business within the Dublin / Leinster area over the coming months. This individual will report directly to our General Manager.
Secure new customers through prospecting, appointment making and product demonstrations.
Record and respond to all sales enquiries received within the Leinster area on a weekly basis.
Report to management on all weekly sales activities and update your monthly prospect list.
Update our current contact management system with all new customer contact details.
Create and track all post sales meeting proposals and close off all sales opportunities.
Manage all customer service opportunities and installations that arise within your sales area.
Assist in any marketing or trade shows that are promoted at a national level by Duotone Ltd.
Complete any sales reports and internal paperwork in a timely and accurate manner on request.
A very good working knowledge of Word / Excel packages/ Power Point and IT in general.
Must have a proven working knowledge of Audio-Visual equipment and relevant IT solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate professionally.
An interest in technology in general and a very strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar sales role performing most of the above duties.
Evidence of a full clean driving license with no current endorsements.

Duotone Limited is currently looking to recruit a new IT Support and Installations Operative to help fix the basic IT and networking issues of clients and to carry out installations of IT and AV equipment. his is the first of its role in Duotone due to the growing demand of support contracts from clients and the growing request for installations. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who like to be hands on, problem solve looking for a career with management prospects.
You will be working in conjunction with Sales Support personnel and AV Manager to deliver the best customer support and customer service to our customers.
· Know and understand how IT and AV products work for different client’s needs and have a keen interest to learn about new products on an ongoing basis.
· Carry out installations scheduled by Sales Support staff and AV sales manager.
· Ability to use a CRM system like Zoho or similar.
· Customer service experience must be a core value.
· On occasion, you must be willing to travel to customers in other parts of Ireland.
· Train customers on how to use equipment and signage software.
· Answer, manage and close support calls. Work with the AV Sales manager on complicated issues.
· Work well as part of a team.
· Experience using power tools, spirit level, screw drivers.
· Good and competent understanding of AV or IT Solutions.
· Professional and Confident presentation.
· Strategic planner.
· Excellent reporting capabilities and written communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail required.
· Previous experience installing some or all of the following solutions: Interactive Whiteboards, Printers, Servers, Projectors, Laptops, Digital Signage, LED Walls, ChromeBooks, ipads, Tablets, Conferencing Solutions, etc
· Great Telephone manner.
· Minimum 2 years IT or AV installation work experience or related college education.
· Networking or WiFi setup Experience.
· Full Driving License.
· Great customer service.
· Work within a fast-growing team.
· Work inside Duotone’s sister company offices of EMS Copiers (in business 50 years).
· Quarterly Company Lunches and 2 – 3 corporate days out throughout the year.
· Company van with fuel card provided and/or car expenses paid.
